Experience & Capabilities:

• Contributing to the overall structural design of foreign investment projects, advising on various issues such as investment form, contribution methods, equity stakes, land use rights, technology licensing, custom procedures, employment contracts, government approval, environmental issues and tax preferential treatment on FIEs, etc.
• Providing legal services to foreign investment company regarding purchasing, supplying, intellectual property protection and labor disputes;
• Assisting clients on whole process of establishing a representative office as well as FIEs in China, including MOU negotiation, due diligence, legal documentation, contract negotiation, government approval as well as business 　registration;
• Assisting on tax planning for foreign investments and residences in China;
